Composing

Suzanne and Tommy have been writing music their entire lives, both lyrical and instrumental. Suzanne has a performing background in musical theatre. Tommy is a master of boogie-woogie and honky-tonk styles of piano playing. Both have training in classical composition, music theory and conducting.

They are available to work on film and video projects, feature or documentary. Their first project is the development of a musical score (instrumental and lyrical) for a seven-part television independently-produced documentary on the history of the building trades in Canada.

Great American Song Contest

Suzanne Paschall & Tommy Dahl's lyrics to the song "Sugar Daddy Romp," have won an Honor Award in the Lyrics Only category of the 6th Annual Great American Song Contest (2004). They were one of nine Canadian entries to win on one of the three levels of competition out of 1,400 entries, and the only entry to place representing Saskatchewan.
