learning

learning logo Continuous learning is essential to human development. The more we learn, the better decisions we make, and the happier lives we lead. In terms of workplace learning, Paschall Arts offers a variety of learning research services.

Learning Needs Assessments. Before planning a learning activity or developing a program, an organization needs information--what do its members need to know for the organization to be successful and sustainable? What do the members need to grow and maintain a healthy life balance, supporting their productivity for the organization? A learning needs assessment helps answer those questions, and provides a road map for an organizational learning development plan.

Communication Audits (including Web Site Audits). Effective, timely and open communications are the foundation of a high-performing organization. A communications audit identifies all the key elements for building a successful communications infrastructure and program, both internally and externally. It also assesses existing communications (using qualitative and quantitative research techniques), and provides recommendations for building a strong plan. Our own Web Audit process ensures that your web site will meet well-defined organizational goals.

Qualitative Market Research. A variety of research tools assist in learning. We are experienced at conducting focus groups, surveys and other techniques to provide quality information for organizations in a variety of areas of learning, leadership development and communications.

Custom Development. All research programs are designed to fit your specific needs and budget.
